Blueberry Muffin Protein Shake (High-Protein + Cozy)

If you want something that tastes like a treat and supports your body — this is it. This shake genuinely tastes like a blueberry muffin in a cup.

It’s also sneakily supportive:
🫐 Blueberries are rich in antioxidants, which help protect your cells from free radicals (free radicals can damage cells over time and contribute to disease).
🌾 Oats add that “muffin” texture, plus soluble fibre, which helps slow digestion and can support steadier energy.

And honestly? It’s delicious too. Because obviously that matters.


Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 200ml of your milk of choice (I use unsweetened cashew almond milk)

  • 30g of vanilla protein powder

  • 50g of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 25g of granola or rolled oats (for the “muffin” vibe)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, but amazing)

Optional add-ins:

  • Ice (for extra thickness if using fresh berries)

  • ½ banana (for extra creaminess)


Instructions

  1. Add your milk of choice to a blender.

  2. Add vanilla protein powder.

  3. Add blueberries

  4. Add the granola or rolled oats

  5. Optional: add cinnamon and/or banana

  6. Blend until thick and creamy.
