Hi, I’m Sar.

I’m the founder of Rise — a soft place to land for women learning to build strength, self-trust, and sustainable wellness — showing up as you can, in your own time.

Here, we practice caring for the body with gentleness. We learn. We move. We nourish. Without pressure, perfection, or punishment.

Welcome. You belong here.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in one belief:

your body is not the enemy.

For a long time, I thought growth had to feel like pressure — like pushing harder, doing more, being stricter, proving something. But the truth is, that kind of “progress” always came at a cost: burnout, shame, and feeling disconnected from myself.

Rise was created as an alternative. A space where growth can feel safe. Where strength isn’t punishment — it’s support. Where you can learn to listen to your body, trust what it’s asking for, and build habits that actually fit your life.

Here, showing up is enough. We start exactly where we are — and we build from there, gently.

Growth lasts when safety comes first. Not when you abandon yourself for results.

Your body knows what it needs before your mind does.

All bodies, all ages, all seasons are worthy of care.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s doing everything it can to keep you alive.

Showing up — in any way — is more than enough.

Starting exactly where you are is enough.
